    Pruthvi Suvarna K.M

Pruthvi has been a huge help with our project's security. He's really good at finding bugs and problems that could cause issues later on.

He spent time going through our code and found several security problems we didn't even know we had. Some of them were pretty serious too. After he pointed them out, he helped us understand what could go wrong and how to fix them properly.

What's great about working with Pruthvi is that he doesn't just find problems and leave. He actually sticks around to help figure out the best way to solve them. He's patient when explaining technical stuff and always makes sure we understand why something needs to be fixed.

Thanks to his work, our app is much more secure now. We really appreciate him taking the time to help us out with this stuff.

    How we handle security reports

Autocoder handles payment sessions, device licensing and screen capture, so security reports get triaged ahead of feature work. If you have found something, email contact.autocoder@gmail.com with steps to reproduce it. Please give us a chance to ship a fix before publishing details.

What we commit to in return: an acknowledgement that a human has read your report, a straight answer about whether we consider it a vulnerability and why, and credit on this page once a fix has shipped — unless you would rather stay anonymous. We will tell you when the fix goes out.

Reports that have led to changes so far include dependency vulnerabilities in the web client and hardening of the authentication flow. Findings from this process are why the architecture described on our security page looks the way it does.

    Want to contribute?

We are a small team, and the areas where outside help makes the most difference are security review, testing against assessment portals we do not have access to, and reports of coding-platform input formats that trip candidates up. If any of that is your area, get in touch at contact.autocoder@gmail.com. Contributors who make a substantive change are listed here with a profile link.
